The University of New Orleans Internal Auditing Endorsed Program has received a $1,000 grant to support sending two students and Joyce Lambert, professor of accounting and coordinator of the IAEP program, to the Internal Auditing Education Partnership (IAEP) Leadership and Networking Conference in Orlando, Fla. in October 2011.
The project was funded by a grant from the Internal Auditing Academic Advancement Fund, Inc. , which collects and donates funds to support the teaching of internal auditing in qualifying post-secondary educational institutions worldwide. The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is the global professional organizaiton of internal auditors.
