Florence Jumonville shows WWL-TV reporter Frank Davis items from the K&B Archives
The Earl K. Long Library's K&B Archives will be featured in an upcoming edition of Naturally N'Awlins, the long-running segment reported by WWL-TV's Frank Davis.
Davis interviewed Florence Jumonville, the library's chair of Louisiana and Special Collections, for the story, which is scheduled to air on Friday evening on WWL-TV. The K&B Archives contain hundreds of items that were sold or manufactured by the venerable New Orleans-based drug store, which shut its doors in 1997. The initial lot of items was a gift made to the Earl K. Long Library in 2002 by the Besthoff family.
Davis' Naturally N'Awlins is a popular segment on Channel 4's Eyewitness News that celebrates all things quintessentially New Orleans.
