Austrian Literature Topic of UNO Lunch Talk on November 3

(October 21, 2009, New Orleans, La.) - How Austrian is Austrian Literature? will be the topic presented by Gregor Thuswaldner of Gordon College at the University of New Orleans Center Austria lunch talk on Tuesday, November 3 at 12:30 p.m. in the Liberal Arts Lounge.

Thuswaldner is associate professor of German and linguistics, chair of the Department of Language and Linguistics, and a fellow with the Center for Christian Studies at Gordon College in Wenham, Mass. A native of Salzburg, he studied German and English at the University of Salzburg and Bowling Green University in Ohio, and received a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
