WOW Wingery President Scott Ballard to Speak at UNO on July 23

(July 17, 2009, New Orleans, La.) - Scott Ballard, president of WOW Wingery & Cafe, will speak on Franchising: The Franchisor's View on Thursday, July 23 at 6 p.m. in the Franchise Management class in Kirschman Hall, Room 220.
