UNO Offers Music Technology Workshops for K-12 Teachers

(May 4, 2009, New Orleans, La.) - The University of New Orleans Music Department will offer Music Technology Workshops for kindergarten through 12th grade teachers to learn to use music software and earn recertification credits. Workshops will be held for both Macintosh and PC users.
The Mac workshop will be held May 26-29 and the PC workshop will be offered June 1-5. Sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day in the UNO Performing Arts Center.
The workshop fee is $10 for those registered by May 15, and $15 for those who register afterward.
